As a certified CAD designer with 5+ years of experience in product design using Solidworks and other CAD software. I had opportunity to design various electronic products such as smart watch, medical device, PSU, Bluetooth speaker, and so on. I provide you DFM(design for manufacturing) with knowledge on various manufacturing processes such as plastic molding, 3D printing, sheet metal design. I have hands on experience in printing using PLA, SLA 3D printers and we are also available to use local printing services for prototyping. I prefer to use Solidworks for 3D design, engineering drawing and rendering. I'm also familiar with B9 creator and Cuda software dedicated to 3D printing design. Creo Parametric expert that is adept with AutoCAD and Visio with OnShape pulling up the rear. Since 2007, I have been modeling and drawing as a full-time career. I am most excited about plastic part design, but I also do machine part design/drafting. My strength is complex surface modeling and 2D drafting per ASME standards.
