I am a Graduate Mechanical Engineer with a background in field operations and industrial design. I specialize in transforming complex conceptual sketches and 2D PDFs into high-precision, production-ready 3D models using SOLIDWORKS. My approach is rooted in "Design for Manufacturability" (DFM). Unlike basic 3D modelers, I understand the mechanics of the shop floor—specifically in sheet metal fabrication. I provide clients with accurate flat patterns, taking into account specific K-Factors, bend deductions, and material gauges to ensure that what is designed on the screen fits perfectly in the press brake. Core Services: Sheet Metal Design: Enclosures, brackets, and complex folded components. Production Files: Clean DXF/DWG exports for Laser, Plasma, and Waterjet cutting. Technical Documentation: Professional 2D drawings with GD&T and automated Bill of Materials (BOM). CAD Conversion: Accurate 3D modeling from legacy PDF or hand-drawn blueprints.

3D creator, I can convert what you imagine into reality. For over twenty years, I have participated in the design and manufacturing of more than 500 products and devices used by clients in various sectors. This experience has allowed me to develop a solid understanding of functionality, usability, ergonomics, technical feasibility, materials, production processes, certification, and the costs associated with product development. My approach combines mechanical engineering with a methodology focused on precision and efficiency. As an advanced user of Autodesk Inventor (2D and 3D), I have developed solutions that integrate the client's knowledge of their product and process with an external perspective focused on optimizing performance, manufacturing, and cost. In the attached portfolio, you will find examples of: • Design of plastic products and mechanical parts • Development of production molds • Carbon fiber components • Dimensional control devices I also have experience as a CAM programmer (milling and machining centers) using Open Mind's Hypermill, and as a metrologist, using my own Faro Arm for inspection and quality control. I have basic Python programming skills and can use AI when required. My work includes virtual prototypes, CAE analysis, animations, visualization, and functional prototypes generated by CAM or 3D printing, always maintaining a technical and visual standard that facilitates decision-making. I am fully prepared to collaborate remotely, integrating into the team at the times required. The generated information can be stored in your cloud service and delivered in native .ipt format or in any required standard (CADPart, IGES, STEP, SAT, X_T, STL, OBJ, etc.). I would love the opportunity to contribute my experience in product design and manufacturing processes to your team and participate in your organization's current and future projects, either as a freelancer or remotely as part of the team. Thank you for your time and consideration.
