Developed solid and surface models, wiring harnesses (including routing), performed assemblies, created production drawing, and conducted structural, thermal, and modal analyses, engineering documentation. Designed wire harnesses and support brackets for mining dump trucks, special-purpose vehicles and production passenger cars. Led the full development cycle of a junction box for an autonomous electric mining dump truck and a test bench for electric an engine. Developed the complete electrical power supply system for truck cabin and the structural system for HV equipment.
