I am a Mechanical Design Engineer and CAD specialist with 10+ years of professional experience in mechanical design, 2D/3D CAD modelling, technical drawings, assemblies, and manufacturing documentation. My core expertise includes SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, and Aspire. I specialize in developing accurate 3D models, detailed engineering drawings, fabrication and machining drawings, assemblies, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and production-ready CAD documentation. Throughout my career, I have worked on a wide range of mechanical engineering and industrial projects, from individual components and fabrication drawings to large-scale mechanical systems. My experience includes Design for Manufacturing (DFM), design optimization, digital assembly and tolerance analysis, feasibility studies, quality checking, and troubleshooting. As a Team Lead CAD, I have managed cross-functional design teams and multiple international client projects, ensuring designs meet manufacturing requirements, engineering standards, and project specifications.
