I'm basically a Middle class guy who grew up in a work ethical family. i completed my schooling in Bangalore with a 90.56% score but my father wanted me to experience hostel life so he put me in hostel for my +2 in Chikmagalur where i scored 87% and followed my passion to become an Aeronautical engineer. I completed my bachelor's degree in august 2017 with a score of 7.47 CGPA and was placed in an IT company which i never wanted to go. so i thought of starting up a freelance work to improve my skills. I'm more of a 40% extrovert and 60% introvert. as for as my work experience is concerned, I worked on FUEL INJECTION PUMPS (ELEMENT DIMENSIONAL OPTIMIZTAION) during summer break at BOSCH (BENGALURU) as internship. The project was based on increasing the FIRST PASS YIELD of the fuel injection pumps manufacturing. The different causes for reduction in FPY was identified and one root cause(LQ REJECTION) was analysed and the reason for it was element barrel dimensions of spill port and inlet port so many changes in sketch of element barrel dimensions were done and the simulations of the changed dimensions was done in calibration department. Based on its results the cause of rejection and ways to reduce was suggested. I also worked on FIRST PASS YIELD IMPROVEMENT OF COMMON RAIL FUEL INJECTION PUMPS USING EARLY PREDICTION SYSTEM as my final year project at BOSCH (BIDADI). To this project we worked on analysing the Capability index of a station by obtaining the cp/cpk graph using a software called Citrix Receiver. Based on the results of one station the implementation to other manufacturing stations and the ways to improve FPY were suggested. In my free time, i spend most of my time playing pc games, in tennis courts and in football fields My personal aim is to startup my own engineering services company,before that i need to earn all the skills required to do so
