I am Dhiraj Choudhury from Guwahati India. I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tezpur University(india's top univeristy 5th in rank), and I may be the superstar you are looking for. I have two years of working experience on automobile company and one years of working experience on trailer company. My past work experience include my stint as a Design Engineer at Ashok Leyland, a Bus and Automobile Manufacturer in India. My role included design, implementing the existing parts, making detail drawing and assembly drawing of different automobile parts. study of manufacturing process, organizing meeting with the suppliers for new parts and modeling and drafting CAD Drawing of different automotive parts using CATIA V5 R 21 and solidworks and uploading in server and maintain the life cycle and testing and validation, making reports, Engineering Sketch, DFMEA etc .I have done designs, gears, automatic transmission hoses as well as design and drafting of hoses for brakes, sifter model designing for Automated manual transmission, cooler and threaded compressed air pipe line for trucks and buses. i have two years of working experience in Ashok leyland, two years for chameleon and currently m working for globe trailer as a freelancer designer. its been more than 8months . my job responsibilities are: 1)designing and drafting 20T TAG trailers, 30T Tag trailer (hydraulic and non hydraulic ramp) 2) 30T and 60T low boys design and drafting. 3) choosing correct process code 4) generating BOM 5)LIFE cycle management 6) designing of new ramp, bending moment calculation, and spring force calc for manual ramp. apart from these i worked on many small projects on ▒▒▒▒▒▒. here is my ▒▒▒▒▒▒ profile link: https://www.▒▒▒▒▒▒.com/o/profiles/users/_~01dae08842405cb2a2/
