We produce 3D models of parts and Assemblies using the latest 3D software from your sketches, old drawings and ideas. This enables us to produce a complete set of 2D drawings of each part, including drawings of the assemblies, showing every detail required to produce each part and full construction of the finished design, complete with BOM's (Bill of Material's). Everything is linked, so if changes are required, everything updates so making the process that much quicker. For the client who is inventing a new product, we are able to print a solid 3D fully working prototype model of the product enabling you to hold it in your hands and test the product out, cutting out the traditionally expensive route of having prototypes built and reduce the time it takes to get the prototype in your hands. I am a Chartered Mechanical Engineer, educated to Master’s level in Mechanical Engineering. I am looking for any positions available for Mechanical Design with emphasis on BIM/CAD design. I have experience working as a Mechanical Design Engineer within Infrastructure, mainly waste water treatment. I also have experience as a Design Engineer within Building and Biogas. I have mechanical engineering knowledge and skills, but I am an excellent Draftsman. I can model all aspects of plant, equipment and pipework in 3D and produce 2D drawings of GA’s, manufacturing drawings with BOM’s and P&ID’s. I have excellent skills on Solidworks, Revit, AutoCAD (with Plant 3D), Navisworks. My main strengths are in Piping and industrial design and site layouts. However, I am open to new challenges and feel I have the relevant skills and knowledge to be flexible and transferable. I am a professional and take pride in my work and I am only as good as my reputation and how happy my clients are.
