I am a Chartered Mechanical Engineer, educated to Master’s level in Mechanical Engineering. I am looking for any positions available for Mechanical Design with emphasis on BIM/CAD design. I have experience working as a Mechanical Design Engineer within Infrastructure, mainly waste water treatment. I also have experience as a Design Engineer within Building and Biogas. I have mechanical engineering knowledge and skills, but I am an excellent Draftsman. I can model all aspects of plant, equipment and pipework in 3D and produce 2D drawings of GA’s, manufacturing drawings with BOM’s and P&ID’s. I have excellent skills on Solidworks, Revit, AutoCAD (with Plant 3D), Navisworks. My main strengths are in Piping and industrial design and site layouts. However, I am open to new challenges and feel I have the relevant skills and knowledge to be flexible and transferable. I am a professional and take pride in my work and I am only as good as my reputation and how happy my clients are.
