II.Injection Mold Supply Supply molds you request along with all the necessary technical documents which can assure a smooth running in your countries, including but not limited the following jobs. Feasibility assessment of mold pre-development, as well as cost assessment and control. Judgment of the workability of the part/mold design, and audit of suppliers, like mold maker and injection molding. Choose right material for your parts. Mold design and engineering. Mold flow and warp and cooling analysis. Analysis of tryouts problems and improvement/optimization of molds. Select proper mold maker to make the mold customers need.
