Over 6+ years I've taken residential and commercial interiors from first brief to final install: space planning, material and finish selection, FF&E, custom millwork, and lighting integrated from the first concept rather than bolted on at the end. I read a construction set, catch what fails on site before it does, and speak the language of the architects, contractors, and consultants I coordinate with — because I've produced that work myself. Complete drawing sets: floor plans, wall elevations, reflected ceiling plans, finish schedules, and millwork shop drawings detailed enough for direct fabrication. That's the gap on most teams — someone who designs beautifully but can't document for execution, or documents cleanly but can't design.
