Interior Designer specializing in high-end residential — from space planning and FF&E through construction documents and installation.
Most designers do one side well. I design and I produce the technical set that gets the design built. Over 6+ years I've taken residential and commercial interiors from first brief to final install: space planning, material and finish selection, FF&E, custom millwork, and lighting integrated from the first concept rather than bolted on at the end. High-end residential is where I do my best work.
My edge is the technical floor under the design. I read a construction set, catch what fails on site before it does, and speak the language of the architects, contractors, and consultants I coordinate with — because I've produced that work myself. Complete drawing sets: floor plans, wall elevations, reflected ceiling plans, finish schedules, and millwork shop drawings detailed enough for direct fabrication. That's the gap on most teams — someone who designs beautifully but can't document for execution, or documents cleanly but can't design.
I co-founded and ran a full-service interior design and architecture studio, delivering 150+ residential and commercial projects end to end — owning design alongside client relationships, timelines, and site coordination. I currently lead a six-person design team and technical documentation at a specialized design firm.
An architect's rigor applied to interiors: buildability, spatial logic, and drawings that cut RFIs and on-site errors. I work independently, thrive async, and take full ownership of a scope from brief to delivery.
Fluent in AutoCAD, SketchUp + Layout, Enscape, and Dialux Evo. Working knowledge of U.S. standards — IES footcandle guidelines, ADA, and IBC. Revit in progress.
