I am Irtiza, Mechanical design & simulation engineer. I am currently working in one of the biggest electrical & electronics manufacturing company of Bangladesh 's research & innovation department of Compressor as a design engineer & new product development specialist. I am involved in various sophisticated project of new product development in our department where I am using my skills as a design engineer to design new products , mold for mass production of the products according to the customer requirement, reverse engineer products etc. and simulation study according to FEA analysis. I have developed 6 molds for ACC compressor's casting components which will support compressor's 4.8 million production of Hermetic compressor every year. I have worked with magmasoft to design and develop 6 cavity mold for the crankcase production to increase capacity of the plant upto 18%. I have 4 solidworks professional advance certificate, in mold making, Advance surfacing, sheet metal, Drawing tools.
