Through my career, I have designed in numerous industries, with experience in the following: - Biomedical equipment (neonatal humidicribs with transport systems) - Moulds and toolings for fibreglass - Heavy truck sub-frames and vacuum truck systems - Wastewater and water treatment process systems using ozone and oxygen gas injection and generation systems - Process systems and mechanical components for use in the nuclear industry (waste treatment/encapsulation) - Residential (kitchen benches) - Custom toolboxes - Trailers and caravans I also have significant experience in reverse engineering components and systems. I have 10+ years' experience with Solidworks, and I hold the following certifications: - Certified Solidworks (CSW) Associate - CSW Professional - CSW Professional Advanced - Sheet Metal, Weldments, Drawing Tools and Surfacing - CSW Expert I have over 10 years' experience with additive manufacturing and CNC manufacturing as well as an intimate understanding of fabrication and manufacturing techniques.
