Drafting a cheese grater disc in .stl format Anyone

I have attached a blade blank .stl for reference, The blade is inserted into a mechanism with a gear on the outside which drives a complete assembly. There is a hole beneath the exposed part of the blade. This hole is 127mm in diameter and the cups would be stripping at about 124mm and flat blade beyond that point to the edge.
This is prototyped with PLA+ and once approved it will be manufactured from 18 gauge stainless steel. My blade blank is 2mm thick.

Please quote me price or expected hours as well as when I would receive this drawing:
- Grating cup with a 12mm hole, 18mm long loft and 9 mm high.


I am in need of various blades and once we have a relationship, these will follow
- Cutter that cuts a 1mm slice extending from the center to 126.8mm
- Grating cup with a 4.5mm hole, 9mm long loft and 2.5 mm high
- Grating cup with a 9mm hole, 18mm long loft and 4 mm high
- Grating cup with a 10mm hole, 20mm long loft and 6 mm high
- Grating cup with a 12mm hole, 18mm long loft and 9 mm high
Possibly more sizes. To be determined by actually cutting product and assessing results.
