3D Model + CNC Toolpath – TwoTrees TTC-H40
I am looking for an experienced 3D CAD/CAM designer and CNC programmer to create a complete CNC-ready file for my TwoTrees TTC-H40 CNC machine.
What I need
Starting from my drawings, dimensions and/or reference images, I need:
- 3D CAD model of the part
- CAM setup and toolpaths
- Correct CNC/G-code files for my TwoTrees TTC-H40
- Recommended tools, feeds, speeds and cutting depths
- Basic instructions for setting up the material and machine
- Simulation/check of the toolpaths to ensure there are no collisions or errors
Deliverables
Please provide:
- STEP/STL file
- Editable CAD/CAM source files
- CNC/G-code files
- Tool list and machining settings
Short setup instructions
The goal is that I can put the material in my TwoTrees TTC-H40, set the zero point, load the supplied G-code and manufacture the part.
