About the job
Create custom, two-part 3D resin fish eye components for both the 10-inch and 7-inch swimbait masters. These components will serve as physical master patterns for casting negative silicone molds and as digital twin assets for rendering in Blender and Substance 3D Painter.
Sizing & Fitment Instructions (Direct from Master Files)
Master Extraction: Please extract the socket boundary curves and floor depth directly from your existing 10" and 7" swimbait CAD master files.
Seam Edge Fit: The outer rim of the resin eye should sit flush with the seam edge of the socket contour.
Tolerances: Include a 0.15 mm radial offset on the seating boundary to accommodate real-world resin cure shrinkage and soft-plastic plastisol expansion.
Part Structure (Digital Twin Setup)
For both the 10" and 7" versions, model the eye as a two-piece nested solid assembly:
Inner Core Disc (Mat_Eye_Core): The internal flat/concave plate where iris graphics, holographic foil, and pupils are projected.
Clear Lens Dome (Mat_Eye_Lens): The smooth convex optical shell encapsulating the core disc.
Coordinate Requirement:
All eye parts must share the exact world-space origin (0,0,0)and orientation as the respective 10" and 7" swimbait bodies, so importing them into Blender snaps them directly into the sockets without manual alignment.
Deliverables
[ ] Assembly Files: Native CAD / .STEP files containing the swimbait body and eye solids in place for both 10" and 7" versions.
[ ] Digital Twin Asset...

Clean quad-dominant topology with separated material IDs (Mat_Eye_Core_10in, Mat_Eye_Lens_10in, etc.).
Clean, non-overlapping UV unwraps mapped flat for iris texturing.
[ ] Casting Masters (.STL): High-resolution STL files of the standalone eye pieces oriented for SLA 3D printing.
