I am looking for an experienced Jewelry CAD Designer to create a custom ring featuring the map of Algeria.
This ring will be manufactured in 9K, 14K and 18K gold using lost wax casting, so the model must be optimized to use the minimum amount of precious metal while remaining durable and elegant.
I have attached concept images showing the style I am looking for.
Design Requirements
Elegant and minimalist ring.
Algeria map approximately 10 mm high.
Thin and refined band.
Comfortable for everyday wear.
Smooth transitions between all parts.
Highly polished surfaces.
The map should appear to be floating between both sides of the ring with discreet connections.
Lightweight Optimization (Very Important)
The most important objective is to create the lightest possible ring.
Please optimize the design to reduce gold consumption as much as possible.
Requirements:
Reduce all unnecessary metal.
Thin band while maintaining strength.
Thin map thickness while keeping durability.
Minimal connection points.
Avoid bulky areas.
Uniform wall thickness.
Professional jewelry appearance.
