Jewelry CAD Designer Needed – Long-Term Partnership Ended

Hello,

My name is Jason Lai, founder of Mon Bijou Lacté, a French jewelry brand specializing in handcrafted keepsake jewelry.

We create custom jewelry in sterling silver and gold, manufactured using professional lost-wax casting.

We are looking for a long-term Jewelry CAD Designer, not a one-time freelancer.

What we need

Rings
Pendants
Bracelets
Connectors
Personalized jewelry
Custom creations

Our first project is a sun connector (reference image attached).

The goal is to reproduce the design as faithfully as possible while ensuring it is fully manufacturable.

Technical Requirements

The CAD model must be suitable for professional jewelry casting.

STEP (preferred) or 3DM
Watertight solid model
Production-ready for lost wax casting
Smooth surfaces suitable for polishing
No mesh defects

First Project

The first project is to recreate the attached sun connector as faithfully as possible.

Technical specifications
Outside diameter: approximately 22 mm
Inner opening: 14 mm
Thickness: approximately 1.0 mm
Two integrated side loops for the chain.
Smooth rounded edges.
Fully watertight solid model.
Optimized for professional lost wax casting.
The design should match the reference photo as closely as possible.
