Concept Design and Space Planning for an 80sqm Apartment Renovation (Creative Architect Wanted) Anyone

I am looking for an architect or interior architect to develop a preliminary design concept for the complete renovation of an 80 sqm apartment near Milan, Italy.
The apartment has an unusual and somewhat complex layout, and the main goal of this phase is to explore alternative space-planning solutions before committing to a full renovation project.

--> What I need:
Analysis of the existing floor plan
2–3 alternative layout proposals
Creative reorganization of the living, sleeping and storage areas
Preliminary design concept (materials, colours, atmosphere)
Optional 3D sketches or conceptual visualizations

--> What I am looking for:
Strong spatial thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience with compact or challenging floor plans
Ability to create original, characterful spaces rather than following generic design trends
Sensitivity to colour, light and authentic materials
Interest in designing around how people actually live
What I am NOT looking for:
Generic luxury interiors
Trend-driven designs
Excessive minimalism
Spaces that feel like hotel rooms, showrooms or real-estate marketing renders
