Need Building Plan for Existing Custom Tiny House Anyone

This is NOT for the main house, this is for the ADU that I already received a guest house permit for. I'm now trying to get the building permit from Navajo County, and they're requiring a building plan for the structure itself. I had the contractor that built the tiny home do his best, but the response to that was:

Here's the reply from the county:

"General Comment 004, Page 1 -

Roof sheathing shall be 5/8"
Wall shear shall be 3/8" minimum
R308 INDICATE LOCATION, SIZE AND TYPE OF WINDOW
R106.1 Specify exterior wall finish, Roof slope and Roof covering material.
R602.1 Specify lumber grade and species requirements per code or engineering calculations.
Provide Dimensioned Foundation plan
Provide Footing Details that show footing depth, size and reinforcing requirements.
Call out preservative-treated or naturally durable wood at all locations required.
Indicate the size of headers and lintels in all bearing and non-bearing walls.
Specify all hangers (by manufacture and model number) used to hang trusses and rafters from supporting members
R311.2 At least one required exit door shall be a side hinged door not less than 3 feet in width and 6 feet, 8 inches in height"

I'm assuming that the drawing will need to be redone. One-time project, already have a quote from CadCrowd employees. read less
