About the job
1. Typical floor (priority)
Use the L-shape typical floor we already have as the base (floors 1 to 5, 17 units per floor).
Add voids, light wells and shafts so that every living room, bedroom and kitchen has natural light and fresh air.
Every unit should have cross-ventilation (openings on two sides, or on one side plus a void).
The inner corner of the L and the long corridor are the weak points. Look there first.
Mark each void on the plan and keep it continuous from the stilt level to the roof.
