We seek a qualified designer or engineering firm capable of:
1. Creating a detailed 3D CAD model of a miniature Jesus figurine — maximum weight 4 grams, maximum dimensions 33.2 mm x 23 mm x 13 mm.
2. Producing a physical prototype or sample via 3D printing or injection molding process.
3. Delivering production-ready digital files (STL/STEP) alongside the sample for evaluation prior to volume production.
Required expertise includes miniature part design, lightweight optimization, and ability to achieve specified tolerances and aesthetic intent.
Preferred location: United States
Availability for immediate commencement is essential.
