The plot is 14m x 18m big. One 18m side and one 14m side is directly next to the neighbour plot. One 14m side is facing towards the street and one 14m side is facing towards a path to walk which is approx. 1m wide. I want to build 5 apartments/bungalows for the ground floor and on top of that the same ones. they are supposed to be 3 x 2,5 rooms and 2 x 1,5 rooms - Attached a sketch.
