I have a basic floorplan in Chief Architect that I need to modify and turn into a construction set of drawings. Renderings are not required but at least some visualizations are preferred.
These drawings are for my use and will not need to be stamped or submitted for permit but I expect that level of detail. The project is located in Alabama.
Scope of work - approx. 3000 sf floorplan, single story with an additional bonus room over garage. Modify and finalize plans, some visualizations, construction drawings, final project file upon completion
