I am looking for an experienced architect or architectural designer to create the best possible layout for an independent rental annex in Dubai. The building area will be approximately 125-150 sqm, and I want the design to be practical, modern, and optimized for privacy and space efficiency.
The layout should include 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a comfortable living room, a kitchen, and a maid's room with its own bathroom. Since the annex will be rented out, privacy is very important. I would like to avoid windows facing the main villa or neighboring properties as much as possible while still ensuring good natural lighting and ventilation.
I already have the plot dimensions and site information, which I will share once we start. I am looking for someone who can think creatively and suggest the most efficient layout, not just draw what I ask for. I would appreciate multiple layout options if possible.
