About the job
We're a robotics/AI startup building an automated science laboratory, and we're planning our next facility. As part of our research, we want to map out a reference laboratory from a publicly available virtual walkthrough (link shared upon hiring).
Your job is to navigate the virtual tour and translate it into a clean, editable floor plan in draw.io (diagrams.net).
Deliverables:
- Full facility layout in draw.io based on the virtual tour - rooms, benches, walkways, and equipment placement, as accurate as the tour allows.
- Layered file structure: each equipment category on its own draw.io layer so we can toggle them independently.
- Reusable equipment legend / shape library: every equipment type as a labeled, reusable draw.io shape (in a legend on the canvas and/or a custom shape library).
