Project Description
We are seeking an experienced bridge structural engineer for the complete structural design of steel bridges, including superstructure, composite deck, piers, and pile foundations, with high-detail construction drawings and full calculation reports.
The objective is to select a qualified engineer for full project execution and potential long-term cooperation.
Project Scope:
Design of four (4) steel bridges including foundations and decks.
The bridges cross a 32-meter-wide canal and have varying widths.
Design Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of specialized experience in bridge design
• Strong knowledge of AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications
• Proven experience with bridge analysis software such as:
o CSI Bridge
o MIDAS Civil
• Previous experience in steel bridge design
(Applicants must provide details of past bridge projects)
Deliverables
• Complete structural calculation report (PDF)
• Editable structural analysis files
• Detailed construction drawings (DWG + PDF), including:
1. General arrangement (plans, elevations, sections)
2. Steel girder layout and sections
3. Composite deck reinforcement details
4. Pier and pier cap reinforcement details
5. Abutment details
6. Pile layout and pile cap details
7. Bearing design and details.
