To include:
- 1st-fl master suite with screened-in porch access
- Mudroom linking garage to house
- Screened-in porch on existing deck
- U-shaped stair design; 2 upstairs master suites with vaulted ceilings, a new living room (maybe with vaulted ceilings)
- Kitchen and bath reconfiguration
- Hot tub on deck, potential pool alignment
The house has a septic tank and we are actually reducing the number of bedrooms. We want to open up a load bearing wall and replace some of the scissors trusses to have vaulted ceilings. We need help with the creative placement of rooms. We know what we want but not where the best placement is.
