We are looking for a mechanical engineer to design a heavy-duty clutch disc equivalent in quality to KAWE or ZF Sachs, for trucks such as Mercedes Actros.
Deliverables must include:
- Full 2D technical drawing (DWG + PDF)
- 3D CAD model (STEP or IGES)
- Material specifications for friction surface, hub, springs
- Engineering datasheet with torque capacity, heat resistance, lifespan (350,000 – 450,000 km)
- Manufacturing instructions for a Chinese factory
Optional (quote separately):
- FEA or stress simulation
- ISO/TS16949 quality alignment
