Custom Inventory, Sales & Purchasing Software + Mobile App Ended

I am looking to develop a custom web-based software and mobile application to manage the operations of a business dealing with a large number of product references, multiple brands, and a complex supply and return process.

The system must include the following features:

✅ Sales Management
• Product catalog with thousands of references and multi-brand handling
• Partial/full payments, invoice generation
• Return management (in case of non-conformity with technician’s expectations)

✅ Client Orders with Credit
• Customers who order via purchase orders
• Credit tracking, due balances, and customer history

✅ External Purchase Management
• Items not in stock can be bought from other sellers (either in cash or on a purchase order basis)
• Ability to link this purchase to the original client order

✅ Stock Management
• Real-time stock control
• Alerts for low inventory
• Restocking and traceability of stock movements

✅ Expense Tracking
• Daily operational expenses (transport, logistics, third-party purchases, etc.)
• Monthly reports

✅ Analytics Dashboard
• Sales performance by product, supplier, or client
• Return frequency and reasons
• Profitability insights

✅ Mobile App
• Simplified access to stock data, order placement, and sales tracking
• Should work on Android at minimum

The system must be scalable, secure, and support at least French and English.
