Description:
Hello,

I'm looking to have an exact replica of the horns worn by Angelina Jolie in the movie Maleficent, to be 3D printed.

I need them to be as exact as humanly possible - I have attached a few images of the actual cast used for the horns in the movie and then a few of the finished headdress.

I would be interested in having either a cap or a band designed in to attach the horns to each other and make building the headdress around them easier - I think a band would be preferable.

In the movie it seems as though the overall length of the horns are about 11 inches, which is perfect.

I would like all the details such as the growth rings, small details on the inside of the horns near the tip and the shape/width at the base in tact.

I will be building a headdress around them so I suppose colour isn't massively important, but if they could be black that would be preferable.
Wants:
Style needs to be as exact to the image as possible.
Don't Wants:
Any interpretations - they need to be exact replicas.

Yes, I contacted the winner of that contest as his design is perfect but I haven't heard back, which is why I posted my own.

Light bulb with thread on
We need a light bulb with thread on - for 3D printing. We are a thread cutting tool company, and for making a commercial we need a light bulb with threads all the way to the top.
Ring design with branches and bramble
We are looking for a ring that will eventually be printed in sterling, featuring bare branches. Ring band needs to resemble a branch (or branches), and the top of the ring needs branches wrapping about it. Inside this ring we'll be adding an element later, so we need a pocket underneath the branches that will fit an item that is approx 5mmx20mm. The design sketch shows a bit of a lip to the pocket from the side view, this will help keep the item in place. Once the design is approved, we'll need it in US sizes 5-13.
Rhombicuboctahedron
Design two symmetrical Rhombicuboctahedrons (Rohm' for short) for printing on Prusa 3D MK2. The 1st Rhom' needs to be made of 2 parts that can be connected to form the complete shape. The width of the Rhom' should be 100nn from face to face. Each edge of this Rhom' needs to have a 5mm high 'fence' sticking outward. Two inner benches or plates need to be constructed in the inner space of each of the halves. The 2nd Rhom' is also made of 2 parts but without fences and without benches. It is a simple Rhom'. It needs to fit exactly on the 1st Rhom' from the outside. so that the 1st Rohm' go inside the second one. The attached jpg and max files depict the 1st Rhom'. However the max file is full of mistakes and should not be used as anything but as a general reference. Nor the 'fences' need to be constructed as V shape as in the max files. Please ask me anything which is not clear.
Robotic Enclosure
Hello, I have attached a blender file that has two objects in the file. The intention of this project is to create an enclosure for a robot. The circular object is the base which will go on top of the robot, the chassis is this (mm), I believe i have already adjusted the initial enclosure to fit on top of the chassis but please verify. http://image.dfrobot.com/image/data/DFR0310/Upper%20plate%20V1_Layerout.pdf I would like the chute object to be mounted on top of the enclosure, where a marble will sit in the chute and when the robot spins, the marble will slide down the chute.
3D Printing Design | Meet the minimum thinkness on two small parts of my 3D STL file for Shapeways!
I need someone to make a certain part of my 3D anchor stl file a little thicker. Nothing complicated at all! The guy that was working on this file is really swamped with work and cannot complete this edit. This job should literally take less than 30 minutes if you know what you are doing. On the attached picture it shows that I need to make specific parts of the anchor a little thicker to meet the minimum supported wire thickness of .8mm. Here's what the email I recieved from shapeways said: "Here is why we cannot print your model: The minimum thickness for free/supporting wires > 1.0mm and supported wires > 0.8mm for this material. Please thicken the wires of the model." I have specified what needs to be done on the picture attached. Please message me if you need clarification. If you know what you are doing and have worked with stl. files and understand the thickness minimum that shapeways requires for 3d printing then this should be a no-brainer.
