Over the next few days I’ll be reviewing each entry carefully and will be selecting the winner soon. I couldnt have anticipated so much response, so I want to review each one of these entries thoroughly and give it the consideration it deserves. Also, if you have animations to share, I really appreciate exploded views or simple short animations about how these designs would work. if its an animation, mp4 format is easiest for my macbook to read as i dont have the ability to open stl or step files on this computer.

In the final week of the design contest, again, I want to reiterate my gratitude for all of those whove taken their valuable time to contribute to the idea that I'm trying to bring to life with your help. Theres 4 days left, so please, if there are any designs that have yet to be submitted, be sure to get those in before the deadline. I have 33 different contestants and 87 total designs so far so I'm doing my best to provide feedback to each one, but ive noticed on some occasions, ive not had 100% success giving feedback on every single design. If you feel like I may have missed a detail, please let me know, I'd be happy to give feedback as we make the final iterations. Once the deadline passes, I'll review the results and let everyone know the outcome as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and participation, Looking forward to seeing the final iterations and designs, I'll be monitoring closely over the next few days!

Yes, the program used to design it is not as important. I just want to make sure at the end i have the appropriate files, so i can hand them to the manufacturer. You can design it on whatever platform you like!
