We need to design a wireless and portable personal cloud storage ( the adapter slot in with M.2 PCIe SSD) that is to work like a personal NAS.
Design should be sleek and rugged, something a user will easily get in love with. Fits in their pocket and palm.
Design requirement- Simple, neat, compact, slim, smooth, sleek aesthetic. lighting

Design should be Width -60mm , Length- 95mm , Thickness -15mm and has to cater for the following;
Ports:
o USB 3.2
o USB C
o SD Card slot
Visual I/O:
o Status LED (For Connection e.g Wi-Fi, power e.g charging, SSD)
Buttons:
o Power Button
o Copy Button
The designer should also consider the following:
• The device should be able to withstand 24/7 usage smoothly
• Shock, dust and water resistant

Do you want case for SATA SSD (Full size SSD) or M.2 SSD? You mentioned for M.2 but the example you gave is a full size SATA or 2.5 inch SSD.

Excuse me, just to be accurate and to avoid misunderstanding, USB 3.2 is a general specification that defines data transfering speed, but USB type-C is a port specification. As I took the task we should expose two ports: (1) USB-C for external wiring connection and charging and (2) SD slot for memory card. Correct me if I'm wrong. Thank you.

I just want to clear that weather you are restricted to all ports you have mentioned , if not i can suggest you to go with only C type port and give coustomers converter inside box , because more slots will decrease the water resistant percentage.
What's your take on this ,please let me know

This product is designed to magnetically attach to the side of a pellet grill just under the oil drip spout to hold a foil drip can liner in place as the grill is running reaching very high temperatures.
