Description:
I need to design custom Vacuum attachments for a car wash. I need to have a 3d model made of a Claw attachment and a Crevice attachment. The completed file should allow for 3d printing.
Wants:
I would like to modify the claw and crevice vacuum attachments (images attached) to be more a modern sleek and ergonomic design. I have attached a picture of a shower handle that is an example of what I have in mind for a ergonomic handle. The design should allow for a spot for a logo and also should be designed to be 2 colors. I have attached the picture of the bar code scanner to provide an example of the way they should be designed to be two colors. the finished file should allow for the model to be 3d printed.

Hello,
here are the STEP files of my concept, I have also included some renders of the models.
This is just a concept and i would like to hear your opinion on my models to improve them.
I would also like to know if you want the main body as one solid part or two halves that get attached together.
The aesthetic yellow parts would get attached by snapping on in the finished design and on the curved backplate above the hand plate is space for a logo.

#92 Flexible Crevice Device & Claw

For the Crevice Attachment, I went for something slightly experimental. The Attachment is built as 3 attachable parts:
- A base that fits into the vacuum and in itself can be used for reaching crevices areas close to the user
- A middle portion, that is designed to be flexible and allow a user to vacuum in hard to reach areas - if you have flexible 3D printer filament available. Flexible filament would allow the shape to bend, but in order to maintain the shape the user has created, I have created small 1.5mm holes through the part for flexible aluminium wire to be placed into, which will allow the part to hold its shape when bent. The holes are created with a teardrop shape to allow for 3d printability, as they ensure there is no unsupported material at the top of the circular hole shape. If you do not have flexible filament, this part can also be used simply as a rigid structure
- A tip, designed with a angled cut at the end so that the attachment can be placed flush against a surface and still vacuum up surrounding dirt/dust
The claw is designed to be ergonomic and stylish, with a smooth curved surface at the bottom for hand placement, a space available for a logo at the top, and a curved profile around the transition from pipe to claw to allow the attachment to reach into different areas.
Any dimensions, colours or ideas can be easily modified, as you need.

Maybe that’s true but I don’t think it’s fair to change the prize at this point.

ATG will be having a design contest that will be related to the conceptual phase of two luxury electric vehicles that will be futuristic and will use 100% electrical power. The company will need sketches to be displayed in computer aided design (CAD) and graphics software. The sketches or perspective views will show the vehicle's exterior (car's body).
The two concepts will be a luxury 4-door sedan and luxury 2-door coupe and will compete in the markets with automobiles like the Mercedes Benz S550 and the Mercedes Benz SL Class 2-door coupe.
The designers in the contest will be using existing photos and renderings of the luxury 2-door coupe to develop the new perspective views of the vehicles.

Backyard swimming pool lazy river machine, swim system
WANTED: Talented industrial designers to help skin a device designed to create a river-like current for backyard pools. This contest is to design the skins/covers only.
The product mounts to existing pool decking (stone, concrete, etc) with four bolts with a bulk of the machine beneath the water-line. The minimum surface area is defined in the attached model, but we're looking for creative variations around the same footprint. Designed to be both a recreational and fitness oriented product, you have a creative license to shape the future of this innovative product.
As a minimum, the 'Top Shroud' must be independently removable from the entire unit. The other skins can separate or be formed into a single body.

Family Butler Robot
I am looking for an industrial design of a family butler robot with manufacturing specification. I would like 2 models. One with a touch screen as the face, another without - use tiger’s face and add lighting for the eyes and mouth to show when it is talking. The design of both models are to look like a cute tiger with optional clothes to dress the robot up to look like a monkey, chicken, dog, rabbit e.g. Please factor into the design how the additional clothes is going to be attached safely and securely. Additionally the robot needs to have a hook that hooks onto a stroller so it can be carried outside easily. To use injection molding.
