final design, structural engineer to include the pillar and beam design. I want to least amount of pillars so I do not have a limit on the size of pillars.
1. Every part of the building that can be concrete will be concrete
2. All walls are hollow block
3. All floors are poured concrete
4. All roofs are poured concrete
5. All terrace/balconies are poured concrete
6. All stairs are poured concrete
7. All doors are at least 36 inches
8. No spiral staircases
9. please design the electrical to US standard
10. please design the plumbing too
11. please design the pool mechanics too. the location for the pool mechanics is labeled on the attached drawing
12. please include the septic tank
13. the ground floor will be 6 feet above current grade. we will back fill under and around the building as needed
14. the basement will be 6 feet tall
15. the distance from the ground floor to the bottom of the first floor is 12 feet
16. the distance from the floor of the first floor to the bottom of the roof deck is 12 feet
17. we will use steel decking under the first floor and the roof deck concrete slabs
18. we will have solar system with panels mounted on the roof deck
19. the location of the solar system and generator is labeled on the attached drawing
20. All ground floor and first floor "Exterior" walls will be glass doors - sliding stacking doors (except around kitchen, storage area, generator room, pool pump room, and bathrooms)
I do not know what information I need to add so please tell me what information you need

I will post it here one's i'm done, so you can review for approval.

Did you see the detail section of the pool together with the excavation plan i submit?
Normally we do Footing Strip 0.30m thickness, all around the bottom corner of the pool.
Do you want me to proceed to Structural detail design of your Building?
Buyer
Yes, your elevations look correct.
I see you have a couple footers drawn on your attachment.
Please make the columns on the side of the building strong enough to support the span across the pool with no columns in the pool. I understand the columns and beams will be larger to support the weight.

You need a 12 step of stairs from outside going inside of first floor?
Buyer
The footers for the columns would be the only thing below the current ground level.
In my mind, I want the bottom of the basement concrete floor to be at current ground level. Then add the thickness of the floor then add 6 feet then add the thickness of the concrete beams between the columns then add the thickness of the first floor slab.
The top of the first floor slab will be more than 6 feet above the current ground level.
Does this answer your questions?

Can we review your Description regarding?
13. the ground floor will be 6 feet above current grade. we will back fill under and around the building as needed
-You want to assign the current grade as a ±0.00?
The 6feet you mention are the clear distance between finish floor level of the basement to the bottom slab of first floor?
if it is, you don't consider the blind concrete 0.10meter and the 0.40meter thickness of the foundation and 0.20meter slab?
6feet are equal to 1.8288meter plus 0.40meter foundation plus 0.20meter slab plus 0.10meter blind concrete equal to 2.5288meter. backfilling?
And your finish floor level are going to raised plus slab measuring 0.20meter in 2.5288meter equal to 2.7288meter high?
14. the basement will be 6 feet tall
-Considering you want basement 6feet tall.
Again we have to deduct the 0.40meter slab top/bottom minus 0.40meter foundation and 0.10meter blind concrete.
6feet equal to 1.8288meter minus 0.40meter slab top/bottom minus 0.40meter foundation and last 0.10meter blind concrete.
so it means the clear distance for your basement is 0.9288meter?

Q: Can we determine one by one, what ever you need?
A: Yes we can. I will try to answer your questions below the best I can
Q: For Exsample your drawing have a text location "Garage", but you didn't specify or clear your Property Fence or a gate.
A: I own 7500 square meters of property. This building is in the middle of my property. My property fence 30 meters from my house/garage. The gate is about 300 meters from my house.
Q: Which side are the Gov.Road?
A: The government road is 300 meters from my house.
Q: its is a open sky pool or a closed coverd pool?
A: It is closed covered pool. The second floor drawing shows the stairs going to the roof deck which covers the house and pool.
Q: Do you have a surveyors data layout or a vicinity map of the land?
A: I do attached a printout of my property boundary map
Q: Any Existing building/neighbors Around your property?
A: No, there are no building/neighbors around my property
Q: Can we do first Civil Structural and Electrical/Pluming design before Architectural design for Final?
A: I don't know what the difference between "Civil Structural" and "Architectural" design is. Will you please explain?
I think it is pretty obvious that we cannot do a electric and plumbing design until we have the final building layout designed.
Q: Or Architectural design first?
A: Please see answer to previous question

A: This is a concept design. I got tired of erasing and redrawing on paper so I put my ideas and wants in an AutoCAD file because it is easier for me to change as I go along.
Q: Can i ask some information about Property Line (Fence to Fence) with a X,Y, Dimension in Millimeters or any how.
A: I own 7500 square meters of property. This building is in the middle of my property.
Q: Northing/Easthing of Plan, Vicinity Map with Industrial Water and Electrical Line (Supply).
A:
- I uploaded an AutoCAD file that has the drawing oriented to the north.
- I have a water well which approaches the building site from the north.
- The electric also approaches the building site from the north.
- The septic tank needs to be to the east.

Northing/Easthing of Plan, Vicinity Map with Industrial Water and Electrical Line (Supply).
Buyer
I emailed the file to a friend and he had no problems opening the file in AutoCAD 2013.
The technical term "design is very bad" and "I too cannot open your file" does not help.
Buyer
Sorry for the trouble.
