About
Building and mechanical designer. Designer Member of the Texas institute of Building Design in the 60's and 70's. Associate member of the California Institute of Building Design in the 60's. I have designed houses of all shapes and sizes, apartment complex's, office buildings, shopping centers since the year 1960 as an independently owned and operated business . I have worked for some of the largest builders in the southwest and in many cities and states, like Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado and Florida. I officially started my business in 1961, and closed in 1997, and remain a semi retired Architectural Building Designer. I prefer to do the preliminary designing of floor plans and elevations for clients, but can do the whole project when needed. I spent several years as a structural steel detailer for local fabricators prior to starting my own business as well as manufactured part design (plastics, castings, machined parts). I have acted as inspector and quality control for major builders in my area.
