Did you see the detail section of the pool together with the excavation plan i submit?
Normally we do Footing Strip 0.30m thickness, all around the bottom corner of the pool.

I see you have a couple footers drawn on your attachment.
Please make the columns on the side of the building strong enough to support the span across the pool with no columns in the pool. I understand the columns and beams will be larger to support the weight.

All first floor i mention are ground flr. Im realy sorry for make you confuse.

Considering you have bottom of slab of basement 0.20meter thick plus 1.8288clear distance of inside basement(6feet) plus 0.20meter slab of first floor plus 0.10meter finishing of first floor then the elevation of your first floor are +2.3288meter.

In my mind, I want the bottom of the basement concrete floor to be at current ground level. Then add the thickness of the floor then add 6 feet then add the thickness of the concrete beams between the columns then add the thickness of the first floor slab.
The top of the first floor slab will be more than 6 feet above the current ground level.
Does this answer your questions?

A: I own 7500 square meters of property. This building is in the middle of my property. My property fence 30 meters from my house/garage. The gate is about 300 meters from my house.

A: The government road is 300 meters from my house.
Q: its is a open sky pool or a closed coverd pool?
A: It is closed covered pool. The second floor drawing shows the stairs going to the roof deck which covers the house and pool.

What error do you get when you try to open the file?
I emailed the file to a friend and he had no problems opening the file in AutoCAD 2013.
The technical term "design is very bad" and "I too cannot open your file" does not help.

I saved the file as AutoCAD 2010 compatible. Please check it now to see if it works.
