Description:
Wanting to create an attractive look to the front of our home while adding a mud room and possibly game room wing off the left side of home.Open to any/ all ideas as I am having hard time visualizing - Front elevations / concepts at this time.
Mud Room -
- Will come off the front of house where existing front door is located
- Approximate size 10' by 10'
- One or 2 story
- Roof pitch to match right side roof line
- Possible open porch on 2nd level if looks good (the 2nd floor center window leads to master bed and can be converted to door)??
- Need roof lines to look good and addition to fit in with existing
Game Room -
- Large family room off left side of home - 16' x 32'
- 1 or 2 stories (most likely 1 but open to 2 if looks good)
- Extends approx 10' out from existing home to front
- 16' wide
- Roof line to match right side addition
Wants:
Looking for front elevations only at this point. Concept drawing and ideas. If we see a look we like will move forward with floor plans. No need for colors, finishes, etc. Looking for how the lines will work and what our options are
Don't Wants:
Open to ideas. Don't want to completely remove existing roof. Would even loose the chimney on the right side if had good idea for replacement.

Can you provide the exterior dimensions of the existing house (or pictures) for a more accurate visual submission for your house. Thank you.
The room off the right side is a living room addition from years ago. Not sure what you mean by roof over design. I'm open to all ideas and would consider changing roof on right side. Yes that room extend appox 10' from house.
What is the room on the right side and may I rebuild the roof with a roof over design. Can I assume the right side room is also 10 feet forward of the main house ? I think another front gable on the game room addition would be a mistake and I have an idea that would work better if I can do a roof over on the right side of the house.

There is flexibility to move some elements between rooms - so if you have have suggestions or recommended changes, please let me know.
The design should provide a floorplan for the house and landscaped areas.
You can use any software you wish. However, designs must be provided to scale in PDF format such that they can be printed on A3 paper. The scale must be shown on the drawing.

Require Millwork Shop drawings for the reception desk only at this time. Details required to complete other areas. Other areas an extra and not part of this contest.
