At my firm I have the sole responsibility for preforming field work/ measuring the existing conditions of buildings and drawing the field work in AutoCAD for every new project. I have a lot of experience with Historic Renovations and creating drawings for historic tax credits in Virginia. My other responsibilities include; schematic design, meeting with clients, code compliance research, and producing construction documents including: floor plans, schedules, details, sections, site plans, roof plans, foundation plans, and elevations.
