  At the Same time another Project Executed at CosmoSoft Systems Under my Supervision is the Data-Entry of consumer listing Dhaka Electricity Supply Authority (DESA) in cooperation with Associates Resource Management Company (ARMCO).

  a. My job is to edit the images and scale all sorts of raster drawings (including GIS map and positioning the map under proper GEO projection).
  b. Store the ready for working jobs in server.
  c. Organize the work segment-wise and distribute to AutoCAD/GIS operators through in house network protocol.
  d. Troubleshooting the work if any problem arises during developing drawings/MAP.
  e. Edge match and integrate the whole drawings/MAP.
  f. Check the drawings/MAP layer wise and make correction if necessary.
  g. Organize and save the completed job in Ready to deliver the folder in the server.
  All AutoCAD/GIS jobs are supplied by our offshore clients (Clients are from Australia, Switzerland, Canada & USA). Client supplies this entire job on TIF / TIFF / JPG / PDF etc. format. We design on that image and supplied on DWG / DXF / DWT / DGN / SHP etc. format. We receive Raster Image of Architectural Plan/Elevation/Section/Detail & Site Plan, Circuit Design/Diagram, Mechanical design, Electrical design & GIS Contour Map/Roads & utility Map/Arial photography. We convert it to AutoCAD 2D DWG / DXF / DWT / DGN / SHP etc.
  Basically, I maintain all AutoCAD/GIS operator and give them the backup with instructions and edit their work on behalf of client’s requirements.

  a. Preparing general layout (Aboveground & Underground) of Fire water, Potable water, Process water, Blow down water, Irrigation water, Storm water, Waste water, Compressed Air & Natural Gas line drawings& merge 84 drawings sheet together as per Easting Northing coordinates.
  b. Preparing general layout Sewage sanitary, Manhole & Pump station drawings & merge 8 drawings sheet together as per Easting Northing coordinates.
  c. Preparingmanhole shop drawing & calculate Height of 102 manholes& order to vendor for manufacturing manhole.
  d. Preparing Excavation section (As per IFC drawings & existing ground level) & prepares all documents to submit Bechtel “Excavation permit” for laying pipes.

   Coordinate with HR for mobilize and demobilize employees as per projects requirements and follow-up for exit settlement for exit employees.
   Coordinate with Passport & Personnel Department for IQAMA renewal, Vacation, Exit and Termination.
   Coordinate with suppliers for getting Quotation for Materials, upon approval of COO send request to Procurement Department for prepare PO.

  As a Draftsman/AutoCAD Operator, I had prepared for Well Field Package Project 64KM Transfer Pipeline, Substation, Booster station and 26KM Well Field Area Layout drawing as per Bid Drawings. Additionally I had prepared 64KM Transfer pipeline profile drawings with shown existing ground level and Proposed Invert Trench Excavation level for as per Engineering design company (Al-Khodari Subcontractor). At the same time I had prepared Site Construction Camp Layout Drawings, Camp Capacity more than 1200 persons (different categories).
  In addition I was involved as a Lead Document Control for Engineering Design Drawings and Technical submittal (30%, 60%, 90% and 100%) received from our Engineering subcontractor and submit Jacobs through email from Head office after checking Drawings and Documents number and title. After receiving Jacobs comments forwarded to Design Subcontractors for rectify / modify for next submittal.
