  Sheet metal brackets were made to hold the cooling hoses & electrical conduit to the underside of the car.
  Photos were taken to record the progress of the assembly of the various components of the car.
  I had a leading role in the assembly of the steel framed shed which is to be used to house the laser welder & assembly area for the battery cells.

The harness had to be secured to the seat frame using cable clips. Eight design positions were modelled to simulate the seat positions of back & forward, seat base front up & down, & seat base rear up & down.

When the modified parts came back, ‘new’ bicycles were assembled with electric motor in the front wheel, batteries, electronics, throttles, rear wheel with gears, brakes, & mail bags.
  After assembly, a report was completed for every bike to check that all the parts were assembled & correctly adjusted. The bikes were then taken for a test ride.

  Other work included producing a 3D model of the plastic front bumper facia for the Clubsport & GTS from the ‘A’ class surface, then adding grille mesh attachment clips and fog lamp attachments.
  Ongoing work includes producing Instruction Drawings & Assembly Drawings for the Clubsport, GTS & W427 cars, showing how various parts of the car are assembled, where decals & badges are located & where detailed painting is located.
