❖ Perform stress analysis for Underground & Aboveground pipeline’s (Metallic & Non-Metallic piping).
❖ Perform stress analysis in brown field scopes like Re-Rating study and Cold spring recommendations.
❖ Perform vibration study AIV (Acoustic induced) / FIV (Flow induced) as per EI guideline.
❖ Perform FEA (Using Nozzle Pro) for evaluation of stresses at nozzles, for determining user calculated SIFs, Strength check for welded pipe attachments (like Shoe, Saddle, Lugs, etc,).
❖ Experienced in selection of Expansion joints (Metallic & Non-metallic), springs/struts/Snubbers/Cold supports and their data sheet preparations, MRE, MRO, TBA & Vendor document review. ❖ Able to review customer technical requirements and incorporate in project related pipe stress specifications.
❖ Well conversant with codes & standards like ASME (B(hidden).3,(hidden).4,(hidden).8), API, ISO 14692, ExxonMobil Standards (GP, GII, DP), SHELL DEP & Kuwait Oil Corporation (KOC) Standard’s.
