I have a BS and MS in Civil Engineering with a focus on structures and over 7 years of experience in structural design and analysis of buildings. My projects as a Project Engineer include residential and commercial buildings not limited to retail stores, industrial buildings, and schools. I can do structural calculations/analysis and prepare construction documents (including plans and detailing). I am licensed in the District of Columbia(PE-Structural), Maryland(PE), and Illinois(SE). I am based out of the Washington DC area and am available for local site visits within driving distance. I have access to a variety of software including but not limited to AutoCAD, REVIT and structural analysis software.
