  • BIM Management - Implementation of BIM Level 2 standards, including
  preparation of BIM standards, Modelling Standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
  and Employers Information Requirements (EIR)
  • MEP BIM design coordination and modelling for project values ranging from
  £100k - £70m mainly within educational, commercial, and residential sectors
  (including clash detection, COBie data management and Common Data
  Environment (CDE) management)
  • Setting up of MEP design projects for the technical team to ensure compliance
  with the BIM protocol on projects.
  • Training and improving technical staff efficiency and quality of produced MEP

  for improvements in implemented BIM Technologies.
  • Advising and working with project stakeholders on best practice for BIM
