Since my university times I have been grinding AutoCAD and overperforming my classmates. Till my first job I was catching every opportunity to improve my CAD drafting at various engineering fields. However, my knowledge really popped off when I came to Detra Solar and learnt some hardcore tricks and effectiveness of using the program and commands. It boosted my speed by x10 times and I see this as a hard advantage as I went through many companies I have consulted and saw how they are working. I am choosing to keep this secret for me.
I have started my career in solar consultancy company Detra Solar as Junior Design Engineer. After three months, my divine restlessness and work ethics resulted me a promotion to Lead Design Engineer where main responsibilities were assurance of drawing quality, management and training of people who were doing all the engineering heavy lifting. While being head of Roof-mount team I have revised and submitted over 500 MW of PV projects and personally worked on detailed engineering of 10 MW rooftop in Belgium.
