  • Mechanical Engineer CAS Medical Systems Jan 2012 – Dec 2012 11 mos Branford, CT, USA Designed sheet metal and plastic components, using Solid Works, for cerebral oximeter monitor to EMI and UL standards, while providing proper cooling requirements for electronic components. Routed mechanical components and created PC board drawings for electrical engineering. Designed plastic bezel using LCD, touch screen, and LED display. Designed EMI gaskets, cable assemblies, shipment packaging, and tilt stands.
  • Project Engineer – Research & Development Remington / Marlin Firearms Dec 2008 – Aug 2010 1 yrs 8 mos North Haven, CT, USA Engineered and project managed the heavy varmint rifles in the 22-250, 223 and 308 cal. Designed wood and plastic rifle stocks with detachable magazine box. Designed rifle components to SAAMI regulations using Solid Works, GD&T and tolerance studies. Managed project time-lines following Six Sigma guidelines while monitoring budget. Created test procedures, performed accuracy, function and endurance tests.
