• Senior Designer/Drafter Group Of Engineers Pvt Ltd · May 2016 – Aug 2017 1 yrs 3 mos Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana, India As a Sr Designer, I handled a team of 10 engineers under me. I worked for Daimler project in NX.This project was also BIW fixture design. Project name : HDT and LST.
  My responsibilities were to Collect the inputs from the customer and study the inputs. Plan the project timelines. Get the project done with good quality and then deliver to the customer. Guide the team with the queries.
  Designing the weld fixtures. Study the Gun data. Suggest the customer for Robot selection as per the mass calculated for the fixtures and Grippers. Get the reviews done for the design.
  calculation of KUKA payload for all the grippers.
  Sequence plan of the pneumatic cylinders for the Geo Fixtures.
  Calculation of the load required for the conveyors to carry the parts and grippers, based on which the engines are purchased for the conveyors.
  Manufacturing drawings for the designed fixtures to be done and delivered as the deliverables. Coordinated this Project from Germany for 3 months.

• Design Engineer Sphinx Worldbiz Limited · Jan 2012 – Apr 2014 2 yrs 3 mos Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India I was deputed to General Motors, Bangalore. Here, I worked as an Design Engineer. I got an good exposure towards Automotive body Design, which was my dream about cars. I was really happy working for GM. I worked in TEAMCENTER and had gained knowledge about variants and applying variant conditions for the body types.
  The projects I worked were: D2SC (CHEVY), D2JO (OPEL), E2SC (CHEVY)
  I explored lot about how the designing of car body is done.
  I got good exposure in pre-production fixtures, Welding fixtures and checking fixtures.
