He worked 12 years in the Oil and Gas industry as a mechanical drafter and design engineer. He's held the titles of Designer, Drafter, Project Designer, and Sr. Designer. Tripp also serves on the School board in his community as the Board President. Tripp has been married for 20 years and though he and his wife have no children, they have two dogs and a cat that they consider their children. He enjoys taking his wife and dogs camping in their RV whenever he gets the chance.
