I'm a civil engineer based in Hanoi, Vietnam. I produce architectural and site drawings in AutoCAD and turn them into accurate 3D models and photoreal renders, so you can check the design before it is built.

What I deliver:
- Floor plans, elevations, sections, door and window schedules in AutoCAD (DWG + PDF, A1/A3 sheets at 1:50 or 1:100) with grid axes, full dimension chains and clean layers
- Conceptual master plans and site layouts drawn on your survey: plot boundary, setbacks, roads, parking, green areas, plus an area/KPI table (GFA, FAR, coverage, parking count)
- Exterior and interior renders in 4K (Blender Cycles), built to the dimensions on your plans; a clay render over the plan shows the geometry is right before colours are judged
- Walkthrough and fly-through videos, and interactive 3D web viewers you can open in a browser
- Native source files: DWG/DXF, .blend, FBX/OBJ for SketchUp, 3ds Max or Lumion

How I work: I script the geometry in Python and generate the DWG sheets from one model, so plans, elevations, sections and renders always match, and revisions are fast and consistent.

Recent work: a two-storey house drawing set (DWG + PDF) with an interactive 3D viewer, front and rear renders of a weatherboard house built from council plans, and a 2 ha mixed-use master plan drawn on a client topographic survey with two layout variants.

Communication is in written English; I reply quickly and send progress images at each stage.
