I help developers, contractors, architects, engineers, and project owners turn concepts, sketches, existing drawings, and project requirements into coordinated architectural and engineering deliverables.

I am a Senior AEC Design & Delivery Lead with 22+ years of experience across structural design, real estate development, architectural design management, owner-side project delivery, construction supervision, quality control, and construction digitalization.

My background includes serving as a Chief Engineer, Deputy Chief Engineer and Design Department Manager, Structural Designer, and General Manager of a construction digitalization company. I have managed projects from concept and design development through construction drawings, multidisciplinary coordination, procurement, construction, handover, and technical support.

Today, I coordinate a China-based multidisciplinary AEC delivery team providing integrated design and technical delivery capabilities in:

My project experience includes residential developments, villas, commercial buildings, office buildings, industrial projects, urban renewal projects, interior fit-outs, BIM applications, quality assessments, and construction risk management.

Typical project inputs can include sketches, PDFs, DWG files, Revit models, redlines, reference images, site photographs, or an initial design brief.

Chief Technical Engineer | Smart Construction Systems Ningbo Yucai Zhi'an Testing Co., Ltd. · Full-time Jan 2020 – Present 6 yrs 10 mos Ningbo, Zhejiang, China In this concurrent technical leadership role, I lead the development and engineering implementation of smart construction-safety systems and related field applications.

Responsibilities include product architecture, engineering requirements, hardware and software coordination, technical review, testing, deployment planning, and field implementation.

I led the development of a digital safety platform integrating smart terminals, equipment monitoring, mobile applications, web-based management, AI-assisted inspection, GPS, alerts, and equipment traceability.
