I run Custom 3D Model, a 3D printing and CAD design shop in Hollywood, Florida (South Florida). I design parts that actually print well: correct wall thickness, tolerances, print orientation and support-free geometry for FDM.

What I do:
- 3D modeling of functional parts, enclosures, brackets, mounts and fixtures
- Reverse engineering of broken or discontinued parts from photos, sketches and caliper measurements
- Print-ready STL / STEP / 3MF files
- Prototyping and small-batch printing in PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA and TPU on Bambu Lab P1S printers, so I can test-print the design before delivery
- Personalized gifts, signs, decor and custom products

Typical turnaround is 1-3 business days for simple parts. I can print and ship the finished part anywhere in the US, or deliver files only.
